xSQL Software Releases RSS Reporter for SQL Server V2.0

July 16, 2007
For Immediate Release

Atlanta, GA – July 16, 2007 – xSQL Software, a provider of SQL Server tools, Oracle tools, and other database tools, announces the release of a new, significantly enhanced version of RSS Reporter for SQL Server, a utility for generating standard RSS feeds containing information collected from SQL Servers.

Now with support for ad-hoc queries, RSS Reporter enables the user to quickly provide any information pulled from SQL Server databases as an RSS feed that can be delivered to any connected device.

"The release of the first version generated an outpour of great ideas from a large number of users suggesting various predefined feeds that we could include in the new version" said Naim Sula the CEO of xSQL Software. " We decided that providing support for ad-hoc queries would give ultimate control to the users allowing them to generate any feeds they want."

In the words of one of our customers, "RSS Reporter is a very good mashup of traditional sql server management and leading-edge information access." It provides a standard, widely accepted way, of delivering SQL Server management and other information to the end user.

RSS Reporter for SQL Server comes in two editions - the free Edition that you can use to generate feeds from a single SQL Server and the full edition which is licensed based on the number of SQL Server instances from which the feeds will be generated. RSS Reporter for SQL Server is available immediately from xSQL Software's web site at https://www.xsql.com.
