To compare two Oracle schemas, click on the "Compare Schemas" button on the "Home" tab of the ribbon. The "Select Oracle Schemas to Compare" dialog window that appears allows you to choose the connections where the schemas you wish to compare reside as well as the schemas themselves.
From this window you can also access the Comparison Options that will be applied during the comparison as well as the Entity Filters.
