What are the payment options
You can pay by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Check, Money Order, or Bank Transfers. For Georgia residents a 7% sales tax will be added to the total price.
When will I be charged
If you pay by credit card the charges will be applied upon order completion.
When will I receive my license
Regardless of the form of payment your license will be displayed on the order confirmation page and you will also receive an automated email confirmation containing the license number.
However, there is a difference: when you pay by credit card the license will be ready for use immediately, whereas if you choose any of the other forms of payment the license will be locked and will only be available for use after we confirm the receipt of funds.
Can I get a refund
You can request a refund as long as your license has not been used to activate the product. Once you activate the product we will not issue a refund.
