xSQL Software Releases Version 9 of its Database Comparison Tools with support for SQL Server 2016 and latest features of SQL Azure

Atlanta, GA – August 22, 2016 – xSQL Software, a premier provider of database tools for SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 and other database management platforms, announces the release of SQL Server Comparison Bundle Version 9 with full support for SQL Server 2016 and the latest features of SQL Azure v12.

The xSQL Database Comparison Bundle includes two indispensable tools for database administrators and developers, the xSQL Schema Compare that provides for comparing and synchronizing the schemas of two SQL Server and/or SQL Azure databases and xSQL Data Compare for comparing and synchronizing the data in two SQL Azure and/or SQL Server databases. Both of the xSQL Software's SQL compare tools now supports all SQL Server editions from SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server 2016 as well as Azure Databases.

Some of the new and improved features included in the version 9 of the xSQL Schema Compare and xSQL Data Compare tools are:
• SQL Server 2016 and SQL Azure v12 support: full support for on-premise SQL Server 2016 as well as the latest features of SQL Azure v12 includes support for Security Policies, Column Master Keys, Column Encryption Keys, Natively Compiled Functions, Natively Compiled Triggers, In-Memory Tables, System-Versioning and Temporal Tables, Stretched Tables etc.
• New command line wizards: Both xSQL Schema and Data Compare tools now come with a command line wizard that provides a simple step-by-step interface for generating command line config files which are necessary for automating the schema and / or data comparison and synchronization process.
• New Schema Comparison Options: new schema comparison options such as the ability to compare or not security policies, column master keys, column master key providers, column encryption, column masks, hash index bucket counts etc, and scripting options such as the ability to script system versioning, column encryption, column mask etc. give the user more control over the behavior of the comparison engine.
• New Data Comparison Options: new data compare options include the option to compare stretched tables, ability to set the query scope for a stretched table, ability to compare system versioned tabled etc.
